Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at hello@benleito.studio within this 14-day period. Include your order number and the product you wish to return.
After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the product.

Please contact us before returning an item. This allows us to provide the correct return instructions and process your return efficiently.
Return conditions
You may inspect and handle the product as you would reasonably be allowed to do in a physical shop.
Please return the product carefully packaged and, where reasonably possible, in its original packaging. You are responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling or use beyond what is necessary to establish the product’s nature, characteristics and functioning.
Please include your order number or another form of proof of purchase with the return.
Return shipping costs
Unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, the direct cost of returning the product is your responsibility.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service. benleito.studio is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during return shipping.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your product is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at hello@benleito.studio and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate solution. If the product is faulty, damaged in transit or incorrect, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights if a product is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Handmade products
Our objects are made using material and production processes that may create subtle variations in colour, texture, surface and dimensions. These characteristics make each piece unique and are not necessarily considered defects.
Any relevant variations or characteristics will be described and shown as clearly as possible on the product page.
Exceptions
The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to products that are made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
Please contact us if you are unsure whether an item can be returned.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. The quickest way to receive another product is to return your original purchase and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know whether any reduction in value applies.
We will refund the purchase price and, when the entire order is returned, the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for the original order. Additional costs for a more expensive delivery option are not refundable.
Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days after you notify us of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or you have provided proof that it has been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
